orders & shipping

how long will my order take to arrive?

due to overwhelming demand, all fragrances are available to purchase now, but will ship at the end of august.

standard shipping usually takes 3-8 business days depending on your location.

where do you ship?
we ship to both Canada and the United States! Canadian orders ship with a $10 flat rate. US orders ship via Purolator — rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. bloorhaus is not responsible for any duties or additional charges on delivery with Purolator to the US.

are your fragrances unisex?
yes - bloorhaus fragrances are designed for everyone to enjoy.

what size are the bottles?
each bottle is 50 ml (1.7 fl oz).

how are the fragrances made?
our fragrances are crafted in small batches, using high-quality ingredients in Toronto, Canada.

returns & exchanges

do you accept returns?
due to the nature of fragrance, all sales are final. however, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

can I cancel my order?
orders cannot be canceled once they are placed. please review your order carefully before checkout.

yes, our products are cruelty-free and not tested on animals.
