U.S. Orders (Purolator)

All U.S. orders are shipped from Canada via Purolator.

Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges imposed by U.S. Customs or local authorities. These charges are not included in your order total and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

By placing an order with BloorHaus, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Any import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or customs charges are the customer's responsibility.
• BloorHaus is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
• Orders refused due to unpaid duties or taxes may be returned to us. Any return shipping costs, customs charges, or fees incurred will be deducted from any eligible refund.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.

BloorHaus has no control over customs policies or import fees, which vary by destination and are determined by U.S. authorities. Customers are encouraged to review their local import regulations before placing an order.
